Why is it that newbies always fail to read their error messages and bring their laptop saying something went wrong.

I hate it when this happens though from what I've seen is mostly they are afraid to not understand what they read or not figuring out how to solve it thus they tend to ask rather than trying. It is bad when a dev is not willing to knock his head on the wall a million times for the sake of learning, those pros where ones newbies that didn't sleep cuz of shitty erros, newbies need to change the way they think or just change their field of work
