When your company expects you to manually change information in the production db by saying "hey, client Billy wants his stuff moved back to where it was"

No stress there. I guess when it goes wrong it will be your fault. If your company is required to do change control you can use that to put the brakes on that stuff. Remind the higher ups that it is required for auditing reasons. It will calm their asses down because they won't want to sign off on those half assed changes to production code.

Doesn't help when then CEO is giving the go ahead and doesn't care about that kind of auditing
