Genuine question: Why didn't you tell us the outcome of the meeting in the original post? It seems like you were waiting on all the

"oh no, what happened"

replies.... which is really annoying.

That is an Excellent Point @SSDD; I wanted to start a conversion with people here rather than rant at people. most of the people are really clever socially.

@shozukan I am just trying to power through and get on; because I had been there one year 11 months, there was very little that can be done (GMB). Yes, I do have dirt, but if I do that the only people I will be damaging are the 'floor developers' who work hard, the clients especially the people I collaborated with as it may damage their businesses and me. When asked about it I will to about general stuff, but I did learn a lot from these guys on what to do I am grateful for holding the position.
