    Be happy they noticed something went wrong and undo changes, rather than leaving you with a fucked up system

    I noticed this can happen if your C: is too full. It tries to write the updates, fails because of no sufficent disk space, and reverts it.

    @sebastian One would think that it should be fairly easy to check if there is enough space before updating ...

    Microsofts update process still sucks pretty hard.

    @karwler well you lose access to your PC for some time each time you want to update. Not very convenient.
