I do IT work along side my dev work. I had a Dr come up to me and ask me if I had time to help him pick out a personal computer... (Mother fucker I am on lunch break) "Sure" I say... "What's your budget, what will you be doing with the computer?" Dr - "I don't mind spending $6,000 and I want it for minor gaming..."

    You can save him a lot of money. Hopefully he will remember it at raise or bonus time.

    Building him a bad ass machine... He wanted an Alienware, although I like them you're pretty much paying for the fancy lights and name brand... I can build a better one for him for the same price as one of those costs... Hopefully he remembers once I'm done and give him the receipt lol.
