hi guys, I applied for a job and I passed a coding test. Now they called me for interview tomorrow. It will be an 2 hour on-site assessment group assessment for them to see how I think and work. I am a fresh graduate. Any advice? Feeling bit nervous

Be calm. You passed the tech test so you're already good enough. Read the job specs and create examples per requirement.

Brush up on your computer sci problems. Sometimes they ask some bizarre stuff so be prepared :)

And be yourself!! You'll storm it :)

If it's a good company to work for, then they'll likely be trying to assess if you're a good culture fit. Most companies I've worked for would rather take someone who'll mesh well with the team than a rockstar who will be a jerk.

yeah, at the beginning of a career it's mostly about likebilty, in your 30ties likeability and get the job done, after that ist mostly about expirience and how to solve problems fast and get the job done.

A good way to think when you are confronted with more than one interviewer is to think that they are all naked. I did a lot of seminars way back, and was sometimes nervous. Thinking like that takes away a bit of the scare factor and makes you realize we're all humans.

Be yourself! and act normally like you don't care e.g. When you go to a bar or someting anf you just place your order. In that kinda careless manner you should do the interview, the worst that will happen is that you don't get this job, but on the other hand you're young and there are thousands other companys searching . So it's like always 50%/50% nothing more nothing less 😁
