I also don't know what this is or more specifically why anyone cares about this. There are many Ai chat bots around.

@spacem Microsoft tends to fail (spectacularly!) at making bots, so people grab their popcorn and try to stresstest it. So far, this one hasn't become a neonazi or pervert... yet... although it seems to have some mental problems here and there.

@bittersweet I believe Zo originated as a Twitter chat bot, where she became quite rude and profane.
