My Mind: Would you ask a builder to build you two houses then knock one down?!

    I'd charge him double, even if they had a lot of shared elements.

    That'll cost 225%
    100% for one website
    Another 100% for the second website
    25% for the fact that one of the websites I make will go to waste
    The EPA probably has something to say about wastefulness like that

    I got one client ask me to build a site and he will ask someone else to build another and he will pick the best one
