To all you people who finish the coffee in the kitchen and walk away, you are dicks and we know who you are. Use this to stop being a dick...

This flowchart, while informative and containing beautifully drawn coffee pots, could better apply the DRY principle (imo).

Its better when someone turns the burner off after it finished brewing... Better with cold coffee than scalding hot.

This seems to be an American thing. I have never seen such brewers in all countries I've been. Correct me if I am wrong?

Yeah coffee needs to be brewed fresh.

A pot of filter coffee is an abomination, only acceptable if you live on less than minimum wage. Actually, switch to french presse or percolator coffee if you're on a budget, and always drink it fresh.

If your boss is paying, drink espresso from recently milled beans, or cappuccino/latte if milk is your thing, or lungo if you like it a bit less strong.

If your boss does not provide a good coffee maker, he/she does not truly love you.

    Filter coffee... fucking barbarians.

@daarkfall Can't complain? Of course you can!

I demand good coffee for me and my team as part of the employment contract. I drafted a contract addendum with secondary benefits a few years back in an effort to clear up all the "side stuff", like travel expenses, food and drinks, working conditions, etc.

Last week the coffee machine stopped working, boss was not happy because he had to get 10 coffees 3x a day on the opposite side of the street for us 😁
