My reaction when I hear my friend saying he wants to charge £500 (~$660) for making a website using wix

he has surely 6h of work with content creation, so $600+ seems like a fair compensation.

@heyheni except he just copy-pastes whatever text/images the client gives him and it takes him around 2 hours to get it done from start to finish.

The company I work for produces a website editor and one of our largest oems actually offers a we build it for you service based on a frickin editor made for the lowest common denominator for 600€.I have no idea if anyone ever used this service but I hope no one is that stupid.

@Godisalie I might have a client for you who's that stupid.

My guys have hired a globo-mega-corp for their content and website creation in AWS using a common CMS.

Granted there's some custom components in there but not a few Millions worth.
