This Picture is incorrect. IaaS gives you The Infrastructure(table, drinks, electric/gas, oven and fire) you only install the os and your software(pizza dough, tomato sauce, toopings and cheese) and PaaS gives you additionally the installed os and the only thing that need to installed is the serversoftware.
IaaS = Rootserver
PaaS = Managed Server

I write normal. Refreshes the notifs only when it loads something, e. g. Update feed, browse more rants, ...
