noyb3891yNah dont run. Check your life for areas to invest the additional energy. Or make sure the next one pays more before you jump. Use timeouts and vacation to ignite the spark when you stagnate.

@retoor I could argue that fast moving companies aren't that great either. Fast pace quickly turns into losing hair due to stress and a streak of sleepless nights.

You may look for a new job but if your sole reason for doing that is the company being slow, then I don't believe it's worth it.
You can check my previous rants where I shared my experiences in different places.
I have worked in relatively fast paced environments and trust me it's not worth it. Agile methodology usually means micromanagement and fast paced usually means that you will get yelled at a lot.
I now work at somewhat slow env and I don't find it too bad. -
Jedidja10051ylol, wouldn't a n y company be a drag compared to what you're personally are pulling? idk how bad it is but maybe could be a chance to breathe? heard that's healthy

Better slow than none. Hell i would love a job like that, i can finally work on my Saas with all the extra time
-
@retoor Yeah, that is the only type of jobs i have ever worked for.
You are right times does fly by, i have lost cost of how many weekends i have spent working, just because i was the only one who had the skills and courage both to fix shit. All i am asking for is one good job that pays me for my hard work while leaving some time for my life and myself
