Job listing I just saw:
Our lead and only developer just retired after 15 years of maintaining the codebase. We need someone who is capable of working with large amounts of undocumented and untested code.

PS: This was a company that makes medical software.

    I worked in such company they had 1 dev working only from home and maintaining a 10+ years old VB6 codebase. I don't know if he still works there and they were making Medical software as well.

    There really should be more regulations about this. It's 2017 and we can't allow medical software to be produced like that.

    At least they are honest , that's something I guess. Not very good reputation for the company though

    @mightyleguan but they probably don't care that much, maybe they have more experience in creating medical instruments and not software (which probably is also why they had one dev to maintain the codebase alone...)
