dotPy59257yWhy not hybrid? It works for android and iOS. I use Ionic and its basically just Angular

UWP, its not difficult. Can run on bot desktops and phones (and xbox and hololens).
Beause not a lot of new apps show up on the mobile your app will rank pretty high easily probably. -
I'd definitely suggest a native one. So either iOS or Android. Choose what you prefer.

lxmcf204107y@Codex404 not arguing at all, Microsoft did a fantastic job at making UWP development easy, would just recommend Android and IOS first as they are much more popular platforms at the moment
