    Anyway... @Wisecrack, I've made a separate thread to stop hijacking other's

    As I've said earlier, I could not test the alarm thing, because I was woken up much earlier and could not fall asleep.

    Later I was feeling sleepy and tried to have a nap or a bit more than a nap, actually slept, but animals (2 dogs and 1 cat) were interfering and when the alarm to get back to work sounded, i was hitting 15minute break many times because i just could not bring myself to get up. So the nap time was extended by around an hour and now I'm still sleepy.

    Also earlier in the morning I've had to visit post office to get some shit from aliexpress and on the way back my head got filled with intrusive paranoid thoughts of a pair of men in green uniforms noticing me and how i should run as fast as i can from them.

    @iiii this is beyond my ability to help.

    But oversleeping definitely wrecks some people's day. And the snooze button is poison.

    The human experience is a hell of a thing innit?

    What are you doing during the day when this shit hits you anyway?

    @Wisecrack nothing much. Just endure. It's not like I wasn't mildly feeling like shit for years (10+ years) with outbursts sometimes. I don't try to drown it with alcohol or something like that. It does not work anyway, just will make me sick. Sometimes distractions like music or reading or watching movies help, but not reliably, because the outburst is often accompanied by apathy. The last three years made everything much worse.

    @iiii like that guy who bought and insured a box of super expensive cigars (worth thousands of dollars), and subsequently filed an insurance claim after losing them in "a series of small a accidental fires."

    Well if I was there I'd say let's have a bonfire and hash it out. We all go through shit now and again, some longer than others.

    Definitely try taking more naps when you can though man. Helped peo0ldI know enornously.

    Actually... I want to eat more meat. My diet was quite shitty and poor recently.
