I've seen one. Two actually. When I was camping a large group of us all saw some very fast, very strange colored lights in the sky. They moved around in fast, jerky movements, at sharp angles, and the colors changed at times. We didn't hear any noise from them and they were visible for maybe 7-8 minutes.
This was over 40 years ago. So they certainly weren't drones. Never seen anything like them since, or found any logical explanation for them. Truly UFO's by definition. I do wonder about what they really were from time to time. -
Davipar487yIdk.
Probably most of them were just military test. It is hard to belive that "they" have visited us and just visited -
I saw "something" I still can't explain. It was when I was about 7 and my cousins and I were laying down in the back of a station wagon as their parents were driving us at night through the Mexico desert. It was a remote area and we saw a large object in the sky almost immediately above our car, with colored lights circling it.
At the time we all just thought it was a Goodyear blimp like we had seen on TV football games. The memory stuck with me into adulthood and it occurred to me one day that a blimp like that wouldn't be randomly floating at that time (early 1980s) and place (the middle of nowhere in Mexico).
Also, the college I went to was on the same latitude and only a couple hundred miles west of Area 51. Saw some weird stuff going on in that direction at twilight one evening. -
Might want to take a look at NASA's unexplained files. Although I definitely don't believe everything blindly, I think at least more is going on than we are realizing :).
Random Saturday night questions: UFOs...are they a real thing or are they just a figment of cultural imagination? If real, from a technology perspective, what do you think is involved? Has anyone here seen one?
