For you front end developer out there:
How do you recommend a back end guy learn how to make something presentable? I can write HTML and CSS, but I can't seem to make anything that looks nice

    @BixelPitch hmm, looks a whole lot nicer than frickin bootstrap so I'm interested

    I use bootstrap studio, drag n drop designing. Exports to html/css. Works ok.

    The first thing I do is find a color palette. Then make a simple block website with it. Once the site works, start adding animations and effects.

    Designing is like programming. You have to do it and gather experience to get any better.

    Stay minimal and light with your design.

    @BixelPitch This. I do this as well (backender here yas). Although not perfect, at least I survive :P
