1) No pointless meetings.
2) Unneeded team chats.
3) Requests for work you already sent them a week ago

How bad does your burn-out?

Oh I feel this. My team is mostly out this week. It is me and the other guy that also likes working with less obsessive procedure. Today alone we crushed half a sprint worth of work. We have 5 more days without people getting in our way and I’m looking forward to this week.

I used to develop full epics on weekends to much interuptions on work days it was actually fun:) creativity and productivity was off the charts.
This approach will work well Only for singls.

We have ahort deadline. For three months client is changing his mind about login process
