I like Java too. Although I'm curious about new stuff. 😃

Java > any programming language ever...but I do love me some sexy scala 😘

Java made me from a sysadmin who thought he hates programming to a developer that enjoya programming more than anyhting else.

My enjoyment of Java is why I love C#. Sort of like when you mutually break it off with a partner and marry her friend.

The problem I see before start learning new languages is, that I don't know if I ever use it in the future for some serious stuff.😕

Java is fine, but - not meant to start a war - I really do think Kotlin beats it in most aspects... IMO extremely concise, very little verbosity, a good, clear chunk of FP, extension functions, inline functions, exquisite null handling, default arguments...

@xico honestly haven't really tried it or read too much Kotlin code. I've liked my java too much. But with that said, it feels like more and more people are advocating Kotlin over java. Maybe it's time to get acquainted with Kotlin.. maybe..
