they gave me my assestment results on todays interview ( american company w/ many red flags... ) : 89% with avg. 54%

for context : it was 40 questions for 20 mins. like many of them was how many of the pics are exactly the same and what is the next in the sequence ( not a single dev related )

finished them with about 2 mins left =]

what does this result means, that I'm becoming a robot?

Omg, that's the most terrible type of test

Maybe its an age thing, I'm not sure I'd have the patience for a company requiring me to take their test in order to be considered.

HR: "You have 20 minutes to complete these 40 questions."

Me: "Does the job consist of answering timed questions?"

HR: "No, we're determining if you're a good culture fit."

Me: "We're talking now. I'm not a snowflake and not many filters left, ask me anything on the 'do not ask' list. You'll know in 5 minutes if I'm a culture fit"

HR: "Oh, you're one of those. Probably into guns and Jesus too. You can go now."

Me: "See, that was easy. Saved us both 20 minutes."
