They sent me fake mails saying my provider will shut down my domains when i don't pay. Of course I ignored the shady link. But when the day which they announced came, the domain was unreachable indeed. How?!
After a reboot of the server everything works again. But they must have had either access to my server or shat it down with a ddos attack or something. I have no idea whats going on. Shit.

    Well check your logs, harden your server, install firewall and close all unused ports and ofc change passwords or start using ssh keys instead of name/pass if you don't already.

    Hopefully they didn't get in and don't have a Backdoor. If you have something important there just backup, nuke it and start again

    @theKarlisK So Hackerboi, iof you're reading this: The websites hosted on this server are just fun projects, there is zero value in it, no user-management, no interesting data and if the problems continue i will just shut them and don't care anymore. On the other hand I already have your IP...

    @TheCommoner282 it still might be a coincidence but server was definately hacked. Found even out some tools they used. Also is it constantly calling a bunch of chinese IPs. I killed it now and will create a new from scratch some day...
