Needed x years of experience in a language that's < x years old for an entry level job 🙃

What is even worse is when you find an entry level job that requires a senior developer to handle it.
one I saw few days ago:
Expertise in C#, java is a plus
Must have at least one app on Apple App store and Google Play
knows Asp.net MVC5
handles unit testing ...etc.

Years of experience: 0-3yrs
