skprog19107yI love this idea. And most Companies talk trash about how you should only be the best fit for their company. However I feel this kind of out of the box thinking is not going to work for finding a job. Still a great idea. I might try it.

Go for it. It's definitely worth a try.
I think companies are in a to powerful position in negotiations with their workforce. If your value ist high enough, show that to those shitty personnel managers. -
krlooss4917yAlso you can make a section called "recruiter alert" stating that their mails should have some intelligence and avoid idiot things like ninja dev, best company, bs, bs, bs

donuts236727y@matsaki95 it seems tho LinkedIn is the new email for recruiters... Getting a lot of contracts thru inMail
I do sorta have a filter already so I can tell who reads or not though maybe just the first line... -
Bikonja23837yI just use the LinkedIn default no thanks reply... My god there's so much of them I really can't tailor a response for each of them and using the default LinkedIn one is easy, fast and nice.
I don't think they really read anything from the profile, as long as you appear on their search results they send you an email... -
donuts236727y@Bikonja yes like the one above, I don't even plan to respond.. but yes the other tho they have to mention they read my summary in their message, otherwise it's an automatic X

@matsaki95 They are like me. I asked a deaf guy at university "what kind of music do you listen......?" (Using telegram coz I didn't know any sign language at that time)
He laughed :)
I think I'm gonna put a list of my demands on my LinkedIn similar to job requirements we get but that any recruiter /company that wants to even talk to me must be willing to meet.
Good idea or bad idea? IMO seems to be a waste of both our times if we don't even stand a chance of matching
