Depends what you need the music for OP

To block out surrounding noise? Try active noise cancellation.

Want background noise as music?
Try songs that don't have lyrics (so you're not tempted to sing along / type out by mistake) and songs that aren't too catchy to hum too hard too.

Try basic spa or yoga music. Helps me. The tune is random mainly, calming, and reminds me of wellness even when in nip deep in festering legacy swamps 🧑‍🔧💩
