Elendil3758yEnglish and italian, i can sorta understand Spanish since its close to Italian. I used to know Latin and i taught myself to write and understand Quenya from the Lord of the Rings, but i don't think that last one counts XD
I'm currently trying to learn japanese, but i have very little time for it. -

My country has an enormous number of languages, you need at least these 3 to get around. -

Perfect fluency for the above.
Meanwhile learning German, Spanish and Japanese.
But sometimes everything gets mixed up and I start using English words while speaking French for exemple.. -
@ThatDude God "potato language" killed me, having learned some (ok, very little) Danish... 😆😄🤣😂
But apart from that, English is my native language, I know French quite well living in France, I'm learning German and I'm ok at it, I know some very basic elements of Hungarian, Esperanto, Danish, and Portuguese...

Italian as mother tongue, English (more or less...).
In elementary schools (5-10 years old) my English grades were 5-6... In Italian 6-7..... In science and math 9 .-.
Can I speak with linear combinations in the real world please? -
I can speak read write and understand Dutch and English
I can read and understand German and Afrikaans. -
@RaspberryPi "salute a toute le monde" bothers me.
"salut à tout le monde" is much better. -
@AXILES Still learning :) thanks for the info. My grammar is not perfect in any language except Italian. But I think that the most important part is understanding what other peoples are trying to say to you and being able to communicate back your thoughts.

rfc716827798yGerman, Englisch and French I'm more or less fluent in. I can speak/understand some basic Italian and some Russian.
@vortex I use Duolingo to get some practice in some of these languages, but it's more an on/off thing. I can use it regularly, then again, not in once in weeks.

How many "normal" people (we as programmers are special) languages do you speak/understand?
I know English, Italian, some French & Spanish and some Slavic language like Macedonia, Serbian, Croatian and Slovenian. What about you?
