I wish there was a way for PROgrammers with Jobs to share their work with someone who does not have a job, but yet need practise. I think in the future someone could post a part of a project to a website and someone could finish IT and return it to them. The person posting the project could also optionaly give something in return. (money, money on steam) This way newbies get practise and experience, while people can get work done. This was thought up by a 15 years old boy.

So some freelance programmer posts his project, someone else finishes it, the dude gets paid. The guy that finishes it gets some fricking csgo skin or whatever?

@yarwest Yes BUT the problem this is solving is that people need practice with full spectrum projects that will help them get real jobs
It's more like a distributed apprenticeship or internship I guess

@burtybob it seems alright, leaving out steam money imo (doesn't really seem like a viable method of getting paid) and ofc there have to be some guidelines about rewards to make sure that the trainees aren't being taken advantage off.

Btw, you could also give online/remote freelancing a spin if you want practice or experience. Helped me learn some stuff over the past (basically all I know when it comes to graphic design in both illustrator and photoshop, and some web development stuff)
