You're absolutely right. And they run the mgt with false stories about you and mgt believes them. I walked out of my final job because of this. I was being terrorized. I'd get up, go to work, come home and go right to bed. I was worn down. This went on for a month (the going to bed part) but I'd been terrorized for a year.
