Not sure really... It's that I could actually have a back and forth discussion with them and share our experiences and thinking rather than just me going "you should do this, you should do that, follow these rules goddammit, stop being a monkey!"

TLDR: I have nothing to rant about them.

Oh and we brought up performance and efficiency a lot but from a practitioners point of view. "Yes it's not the best, we know it can be improved but we all know none of us are going to manually implement merge sort or a BST"
