Our rookie sysadmin frack up our web server today. He wanted to make a single directory and all its content accessible but instead, he used this command...

sudi chmod 644 /.

    I still don't trust my coworker with chown or chmod, and we work together for 15 years 😀

    I typed crontab -r instead of crontab -e today, fortunately I reconstructed it from syslog.

    Thought we were going out drinking today too but that didn't happen :(
