I have a bit of work anxiety, since I feel that I'm terrible at programming, but that's because the other people have been working with code for 10+ years and I just started my job 3 months ago. but my manager is super supportive and tries to help any way possible.

Yeah, its way intimidating when you see some people sometimes not having problem with their code, they even can optimize your sad looking one, but we gotta remember how we were at the start and wasnt 1337 haX0r from day to night, personally I think is better just say, hey guys, I just suck at this, how about you lend me some help to fix and understand where my problem was.
Just hang it there mate, you at least have someone that is supportive of you, some people are directly thrown into the field to fend for themselves and your seniors wont help you since they have sadist tendencies

Makes two of us mate, I'm 17 and have been learning for 3 years now, but I feel like I started yesterday. Protip: Look at your progress, not others' ;) Be humble and don't hesitate to ask, and you'll feel much better with yourself and others too!

Same! You can compare your code to mine if it'll make you feel better 😂
