My xbox controller broke today. The left thumb stick is stuck at forward input even if I drag it back.

Spray some WD40 into that shit.

(seriously. If you look up "stick drift" on YouTube it can work)

@jiraTicket I tried it. Didn't work. I could take it to a repair shop.

@SidTheITGuy yeah sadly sometimes you gotta break it open to really spray it properly and sometimes even that doesn't help.

Even more sad is often repair shop fees are so high it's barely worth it.

It's already broken don't be afraid to open her up! I'm guessing that this is no little stick drift. Might need to replace the stick.

@hjk101 I'm not doing it lol. I'll take it to a repair shop and if they say a good price then I'll get it fixed.

I was playing the Last Of Us part 1 when I noticed that my character wouldn't stop going forward. First I thought it might be a problem with the game itself. But nah.
