It's not even about sensory input. It's about being a normal, functional member of society with some sort of decorum. But sadly, most people are such self-involved savages that they have no idea how they make those around them feel. Fuckers.

I used to have to share a cube with a guy that would smack his lips while eating, moan and groan while eating for whatever reason, and in general was kind of rude. Really glad I was able to change cubes. Although the girl I sit with now sometime smacks it's not near as bad. I wish you strength that you do not go to jail.
