Your lead is pair programming with you. He asks you questions but BLATANTLY ignore you, TALKS over you, overrides you.

Why are we doing this pair programming again? Do you need a rubber duck? I could buy you one.

Pair programming can be frustrating if there is no mutual trust. Maybe discuss with them your concerns about feeling like you are not being heard but still (if you actually want it) want their advice and knowledge. Maybe tell them that you are hesitant to adopt some of their practices, but offer potential solutions on how to bridge that trust so you can both work productive and nicely together.
