Gambling site called MyBookie. I've never closed a tab that quickly in my life

Breaking those would be so trivial 😖

@wall-E well seems like you're gambling with your default password and credit card number on this site 😂

I do not sign up on such websites. Minimum length - all right, I have no problem with that. Everything else is my business.

My passwords usually look like this: +s*84d8a<'+PhRt4ds28r([83hj}'72fD3

In fact, I don't know any of my passwords. This is done by my password management in the terminal.

@ThatDude Don't forget the time when Amazon had a problem with passwords. You could enter as many characters as you wanted. You thought you had a secure password (20 characters or more), but only the first 8 characters were evaluated.

This hurts. Please make it stop.

I've actually seen this many times from well established businesses. I've never been able to understand the logic behind it. I've always assumed it was due to a limitation in their database, but if that's the case, they need to get a new database.

My University's password is numeric only. -_- 6 digits, no less, no more

They store as VARCHAR (10) with no hashing?
