Btw myfirst interview question I always ask, to make the interviewee confortable is: What is the project you are the most proud of and why?
This way they can talk about topics they know of, and I see there motivation and what technologies they use.

@aitkotw the congress is International and if you want to go to the talks: most of them are in english, and even when they aren't the get translated simultaniously.
