That moment that you think of a way better way to do something than your initial idea was RIGHT BEFORE you implement / start working on the initial idea instead of after hours of work.

I don't quite get that...

Usually for me it's:
1. Initial plan
2. After hour better plan
3. Implementation of #2 while making changes that even make it better... Or realizing why certain parts the initial plan was the correct 1
