@AlexDeLarge I've always used web clients. And especially since Tutanota is my email provider, due to their encryption they only have the web client/the app! (and an outlook addon though).
Many linuxers I know use Thunderbird and it works perfectly fine with about everything so idk much tbh :/.
On the other hand, try Geary or Claws Mail maybe?
@AlexDeLarge By the way, tutanota has released their new (beta) web mail client! It looks so fucking modern if you ask me! (different login url though) -
tahnik387587y@linuxxx I used Geary before. It's nice but none of the GTK app scales well in ubuntu.
Functionality wise thunderbird is fine. But there is almost no way to change the "Messages pane". Everything is one line and it feels ancient.
KMail is really modern and it has some annoying issues with HTML emails. -
@tahnik No clue then. Let me summon some people!
@perfectasshole @jpichardo @torbuntu @matsaki95 @criticalfailure @oxybound -
Dacexi119967y@tahnik making one would probably take like 2 weeks. That's how I solve all my problems like this :)

olback107947yI'm using Thunderbird on Windows and Evolution on Linux. They have their flaws but I guess nothing is perfect.

Is asking for a nice email client in Linux too much?
In thunderbird, I found no way to customize the "messages pane". Title, sender, time all in one line.
In KMail, the fonts and style of HTML signature is not working as expected.
In Evolution, the fonts scaling doesn't work correctly.
Fuck me!
