@olback I've already reported the bug. Unfortunately, there is currently no solution for this problem. The only solution is a backup. Thank God I did one this morning just before my SSD died.

@hash-table Nope. That doesn't solve the problem. A downgrade is not possible because there are too many dependencies that cannot be resolved.

It won't help if I reinstall right? Cuz that shit is just going to be updated anyway. I guess I have to use gnome for a while then :/

@olback I have tried a few solutions to reinstall Budgie, but nothing has helped. The installation of Gnome didn't work either. Always the same error: Xserver/Xorg lost connection. Empty Xorg.log.

The maintainer of budgie-desktop should be replaced at Arch Linux. Last time I had to send him an email and ask him to do an update. He did it, but why is there a flag out of date function? I guess not for fun.

Budgie was flagged out-of-date on 2017-08-15. No update since then.
