theNox92717yI know why I'd never buy an iPhone
I use this feauture so often, it's really sad that iOS users got it only now -
Kimmax109877yIt's exactly the other way around for snapchat :D
Doesn't matter what camera you got, everything looks shitty. And while ios users can make multiple 10sec videos that get concatenated for ages, android won't see that happen for some months -
kanishk47507y@Kimmax It's because Snapchat is just lazy and doesn't make use of Camera2 API on android devices. It just captures what's on the screen. Hence the lower resolution.
Since there are just a few iPhones, it is easier for them to interact with the camera's hardware.
With a plethora of android devices, they just have chosen the easier way among the two. -
theNox92717y@Jop- then why on earth do I have this for over 2 years (or more?) now on all my android devices?
-
theNox92717y@Jop- You are right that iOS has nothing to do with it. There used to be a time when iOS got all the new features way earlier than android phones or the androids never got some of them at all, but in the last years it seems to have changed and androids get some updates earlier (and I'm not speaking about whatsapp only, actually whatsapp is the least of my concern) I'm just saying that I'm happy to be an andoid user
