Good luck! Just recently went through the same thing. They wouldn't budge so I'm not doing the extra work. Stand your ground!

A lot of that is about your value. If they expect more work without compensating you, it suggests they see your work as having less value.

Good for you for pushing back. It's tricky doing that if they also perceive you as expendable but retaining your sense of your own value is really important.

Don't take too much load, also think about yourself! ❤

@projektaquarius nah. Friend moving off the team so I've been asked to take her spot. She didn't get a raise for it, but fuck that nonsense. I don't make enough to take on more work without extra pay.

@QueenMorgana neither do I. And last time I checked very few American companies pay 7 figures and daily blow jobs from Victoria Secret models.
