@gitpush We do, at my work. Been complaining about it since I started here more than three yrs ago, but our architect has decided that TFS is good, it's just us users who are using it wrong.

@TerriToniAX damn! At my old job we had so many issues with TFS especially those locked files and its configuration, it would be nice using TFS since it has good integration with Visual studio, but it is still not as good as git IMO.
In my current job we are using git and not trouble for the past 9 months (thats when I started with them) -
@gitpush Yup :/
Our system architect is the one who decides what platforms we're on and what tools we're using. He's a great guy in many ways with a lot of knowledge and good sense of humor, but...man, he can be stubborn sometimes.
Not that I know any more about git than that others've said it's good, but it can't be worse than TFS. Been using SVN way back and although not integrated in the IDE like the TFS, I didn't experience any of the problems we're clearly having with TFS. -
@TerriToniAX tfs can be a pain don't know what advantage it has over git. But I think MS will go with git since it is a cross platform one, tfs is cool only if you are 100% Microsoft I'm guessing
