surprise your boss by doing things better & faster in webtech? write a list/concept on what you think you can improve to the better. And then pitch it to your boss. If you can calculate the mony he can save.
Because as far as i see it from your DevRants you're not gonna be happy until you convince your boss that your the golden egg in the basket.

Already looking for a new place to work. They won't convert it to a better technology, they say it takes too long to migrate. They base that on past experiences with new technologies. They can't see when they are wrong :(
