I just fucking send every IE user to a DON'T use IE page with download links for better browsers.

Well actually my previous client was an internet explorer users. When my worked done and it worked on chrome but doesnt on ie they will complain about things. So some people will still use the internet explorer as their main browser as long as microsoft exist.
