Please don't mutter your ideas on calls or trail it off mid sentence to mouse level's of sound 🐁.
It's so awkward having to ask what you've said every few moments.
*Especially* if we work together all day all week

N.B. speakers on max volume + auto-captions are already on so I can piece together what you said.

Conversations are so difficult otherwise

That is all

Google YouTube for a nice vid of a screaming goat.

    Warning: Cam be extremely loud.

Use it for Pavlov conditioning style.

When they get quiet, play goat vid. Full volume.

just scream into the microphone, and after he gets done be startled, put the sweetest saccharine smile that you can muster on your face:

"Thats the level of volume I expect from you."

It happens from both ends and everywhere between. Poor communication is a pandemic nowadays. You're one of the rare ones that'd actually stop and ask wtf was said. Thankfully I've never had an issue of lateral communication, and the people who've hired me were paying for my time. Drawn out calls meant more $ to me.

Personally, im great at multitasking, so ill often just keep looping the convo until the other person is forced to speak up. Even then, it's still an annoying waste of time. That said, if you get someone who really needs to pee or whatever and you keep iterating through shit redundantly... it tends to teach them a solid lesson for next time, as eventually, they need to either speak up or piss themselves.

People like to make up shit as to why they weren't speaking up, were actually paying attention but just somehow missed whatever was said without asking wtf was just said, not contributing to a convo, etc.,... but the fact is, they mostly just need to grow a pair.
