pfish2697y@g-m-f Apart from that, which you could maybe solve with some sort of algorithm, you dont even know if they are finally get hashed since they are sent normally to Facebook and get reviewed there.

This is just sick !!...... I'm not really interested in it but do they have option to filter the images? 😳

At least it's not mandatory, yet 😛
Isn't Facebook already blocking all nudes? Even not really nudes?
Next update, they'll just upload them directly from the phones. To be sure. Think of the children 😄 -
To my knowledge this is already how Facebooks anti-child pornography system works.

essi3817yGiven that FB may retract your React license if you sue them for copying your stuff, I don't think handing them nudes is a great idea...

@g-m-f The fingerprinting doesn't hash the whole image, but accounts for appearance of features within the image, even when rotated, mirrored or colorshifted. It uses the shapes of contrasting edges rather than pixels to create hashes.
Of course, my first thought was to upload every single photo of Trump ever made — so they're probably right to let a human review images. Even though that makes it disturbing to use for your own nudes... Meh. Still sending them a picture of my penis dipped in guacamole every day.

So Facebook announced a New Feature which lets you upload nudes which get hashed and on a Blacklist so they can't be uploaded to facebook. And in Order to prevent abuse, a human Reviews the pictures. Genius idea
