To be fair to them, we were discussing me switching departments, so was constructive

Start with a prioritised list of stuff you hate doing and work back from there is my suggestion

Naahh it's not too bad, I'm just not learning much anymore and not really differentiated (any trained monkey could do the job). I took the job in covid times when I was really unwell, so an easy job suited, now not so much. But it has its advantages, I'm working on personal projects, so I'm not super burnt out which I have been at other jobs.
