Man im so frustranted...
My story goes on...
Now my boss yells at me every day, since I told him that what he did to me is a crime and that hes to blame for my burn out...
On my limits...
Dreaming a wake that im beating him up...
What to do? If I make a formal complain the company will close (we work 15 hours more every week that the law allows, meaning huge fines for every of the 200s workers)
If I dont im going insane...
Doctor already warned me, if I get worst ill have a month vacation on the psiciatric wing...

What to do...
Im shaking so hard that I feel electricity in my legs...
What to do...

I think the choice is more than obvious. Your health, your life comes first, above all else. The biggest mistake that you'll regret all of your life, is putting up with shit like this in your best years.

The fate of the other employees is not your responsibility, not your care, not your business. You shouldn't try to get any responsibility for that.

Don't let assholes like that get away with being assholes by letting them wipe their feet off of you.

Make a complaint. Find another job.

You should totally file a complaint... You shouldn't have to put up with it and your health should come before anyone else...

Making a formal complaint to the owners next week...
    It got so bad that...
    Well
    Can't even describe it...
Been crying in the woods for a while, feeling better...
Got to the point that I turned against my own parents ...

Well everything will change next week... The owners don't know what he did to me, but will know now...
Man, 3 years with a burn out... I'm going mental

Why do the frase "going mental" reminds me of mental and hermioni?

Yep :p most of my real rants have been cause of this... Well, my father works with me, in the same company.... he doesnt usualy do anything for me in this cases (it's how he tought me, he's one of the bosses and we treat each other as colleges) But I've just learned that he called my boss ... well my pa as a stutter... guess it was a long call, and next week he will be the one to talk to the owners (he knows how I can be when I lose my temper) ... Ofcorse he will finaly intercide because while I was explaining what happen I lost control and turned on my own father.... and mother when I had to explain to her... Really, thinking about that...
I turned a monster for a few minutes and said some harsh shit in the highest pich I didnt even know could come trough my trought... Well I guess my parents finaly understand that I'm not joking about getting commited, as I went psycho...
Just going to do something I don't do for years... get reallyyyyyyy high, drunk and pass out, tomorow I'll be fine

@RodrigoF dude, it sucks to work with family in a non-family business. Just because of stuff like this.

Regardless, it's YOUR life, and you must do what is best for it. And right now, the worst thing for it is for you to continue on this path.

No, getting high or drunk won't help in any way, shape or form. It will actually make things worse.

Solve the problem. Simply leave, in the calmest way possible. Leave. Do your best to hold your own until then, but LEAVE as soon as legally possible. Then get drunk, get high and whatever the fuck will help you get the edge off. Then start living without that toxic part of your life.

But judging from your description of the situation, if you choose to continue like this, you will undoubtedly, inevitably ruin your life. And right now you should know, that you have the power to make a choice that will change this.

Your life, your choices, your consequences.
