Which one of these job types is the easiest to get into(interview and HR-wise, not professionally)?

- Full Stack Developer
- Android Developer
- Backend Developer
- Devops Engineer

I'm a security/sysadmin who wants to move to dev and have some skills and experience in each of them. Do you think they will take that into account?

Devops is closest to what you do. And it pays a lot. Few companies require such specialists yet though.

@Chlodovechus well, the answer is the same.
Say you have 5 years experience in administration. If you move to full stack dev, backend or android, nobody will even look at those 5 years, as they are pretty much irrelevant. You will be further down the list of candidates to call for interviews.

As a side thing, you could try Android development, though I haven't seen a happy Android developer in like ever. Full stack is a strong word, but usually implies that you are very well versed in the newest tech and can fill in some shoes, but you'll never be as good as specialists in a particular field.

So maybe then backend? But again, you have no experience to show. And nobody hires a backend developer without years of experience with their particular product.

I have 4 years sysadmin experience and almost 1 year of self-learning dev.

@Chlodovechus you can do whatever you want dude. It's just that today the hottest topics are:
1. Big data / data science
2. DevOps
3. Frontend

And you are closest to DevOps.
