we destroyed our planet forever, but for a really really short time, we made shareholders really really happy

the planet is fine, it will live long after people and also it’s not our planet, it’s just a piece of rock in the middle of nowhere

@vane I honestly don't think we are the first sentient inhabitants on this rock (not even sure we are native, I don't see any other naked apes). I also don't think we are the only sentient inhabitants on this rock. Anyone else would do well to avoid interaction by policy. I also don't think this has been the only inhabited rock in our solar system. If someone values this rock above us we will be dealt with. If nuclear war wipes out the life as we know it, then a few millions years later it will be reset. Probably sooner. Unless we burn off the atmosphere.

Well we tried to exist and even gave couple of small silent farts from small sphere nobody looks at but nothing more.

Paradoxically if we blew up whole planet maybe we would gain some attention, some likes and subscribers.
