    I have a project like that. Every time I think I understand something it turns out that actually it's not that

    if you worked for me, your first day would be amazingly weird and funny :D

    (refactoring is a must, otherwise no need to get new hands on deck !)

    We're adding i18n to their codebase. Its definitely needed so that's not the point. Its just a pain in the ass when you think "Oh yes this will be a very easy task" and it becomes a clusterfuck.

    Somehow this does tend to be like 80% of programming anyway, so I'll have to get used to it lol

    @huskut unless we count fixing spelling mistakes on the front end, I have had exactly 1 task that was as easy as I thought it would be. And even then, the investigation to work out that task was required was a clusterfuck
